New to the market in June 2025, Reflydess (RelabotulinumtoxinA) has been shown in clinical trials to last for up to 6 months, with a faster onset time of 1-2 days.
I will be offering Relfydess in the clinic to patients who are experienced and happy with the initial effect of their anti-wrinkle injections but would like something longer-lasting.
Because the Relfydess comes already in its liquid form, it is a more stable product and therefore more predictable in dosing and effect. The downside is that it has a short shelf life and therefore no 2 week top ups will be offered with this product, and there will be a set price for one treatment (rather than the traditional price per area).
Clients report that Relfydess is slightly more stingy on injection than the traditional Botox, but this might be worth having 6 months wrinkle-free!
